Not knowing how I'd like the game I went with my ubiquitous Internet identify for my character. So he's got no backstory, just complaints that the limited character creator options seem to prevent emulating my happy face. What, no optimists in the wasteland?

Always looking for the best version of something so if you have a better rarity of a listed item I'd go for that. Given the limited availability of purple mods that's why I only listed blues.
